The Goodness Project
This project is geared towards promoting a healthy lifestyle. Activities are mainly based around food, using locally produced, seasonal food, to cook nutritious, enjoyable meals on a budget for all the family. If you would like to join any of the following groups, please call us on 01885 488495:
- Cookery for Adults - ingredients supplied
- Cookery for Parents & Children together.. Each of these sessions will concentrate on cooking a meal for all the family. Ingredients supplied, all you have to do is turn up, cook, and take it home to share with the rest of the family!
- Cooking for Kids
- Visit to local producer
- Outdoor activities to enjoy in the local environment
ENGLISH for Speakers of Other Languages
ESOL courses are ongoing. You can come on a Tuesday from 9.45 - 12.15 or 6.00 - 8.30 p.m. Please call us to find out if you are elibible.

Training is an integral part of H.O.P.E. We believe that training, whether it is just for fun and relaxation, or for upskilling and gaining qualifications, increases confidence and self-esteem, helping people to help themselves.
H.O.P.E. offers a range of courses to suit a variety of needs and skills. these courses are based on the family's and community's needs and as such they offer a wide range of topics, parenting, creative skills, practical skills, computer courses, computer drop in's literacy, yoga... the list goes on.
In addition to the courses run at H.O.P.E., we can provide help and information through contact with many training providers.
